Eco Terra currently describes an 11-inch mattress handcrafted in Los Angeles with one seamless 3-inch layer of GOLS-certified organic Arpico latex, GOTS-certified organic wool, a GOTS-certified organic cotton cover and individually encased steel coils. The current product page says the mattress contains no polyurethane foam, memory foam, synthetic foam, latex blends, chemical adhesives or chemical flame retardants.

Firmness choices

Medium is listed at ILD 24–26 and Medium-Firm at ILD 29–31. Eco Terra positions Medium toward side sleepers, lighter sleepers and shoppers wanting more pressure relief; Medium-Firm is positioned toward back sleepers, stomach sleepers and larger adults.
